One year ago today I shot one of the greatest weddings I've been part of. Big Sur is a place that means more to me than almost anywhere as it’s just minutes from where I took my first step, so while the Midwest will always feel more like home, it's easy to see what drew Robinson Jeffers and the writers that followed. Kerouac slept under the very bridges Steinbeck helped build and Henry Millers' presence is still there, drawing big names to a quiet library by day and a music venue by night. Pfeiffer Beach defies words and Big Sur Bakery did a beautiful job hosting.
Chris and Christina, it was an honor working with, playing with, and getting to know you in such a magical place. May your love always carry the spirit of your wedding day and the power of that breathtaking landscape.
Happy Anniversary!
